OnlyFans' current terms say prices and charges are in US dollars. If your payment account uses another currency, the amount shown by your issuer can differ because of conversion and any applicable provider charges. Use your own transaction details rather than a search engine's currency estimate to reconcile the payment.
The official terms, inspected September 30, 2026, say payment providers may charge currency-conversion or other fees and that OnlyFans does not control those charges or exchange rates.
Keep the amounts in separate columns
A useful record has four fields:
Scroll across the table on smaller screens.
| Field | Where to check |
|---|---|
| Creator's listed base price in USD | Current official offer |
| Total transaction amount in USD | Checkout or platform transaction record |
| Amount in your account's currency | Your payment provider's record |
| Separately displayed provider charge | Your provider's record and terms |
Do not compare a local-currency amount directly with a USD price and label the difference an unexplained fee. They are different units.
Likewise, a higher checkout total can include something other than currency conversion. Read checkout taxes and fees for that separate step.
Use arithmetic without pretending to predict the rate
For a purely fictional example, a $10 USD transaction converted at 1.30 units of another currency per dollar would equal 13 units before any separately applicable charges.
That example demonstrates the calculation only. It is not a current exchange rate, an issuer quote, or a prediction of the amount your account will show.
An online converter can give context, but the relevant transaction record and provider explanation are the sources for your actual charge.
Compare the same transaction state
If one screen shows a pending entry and another shows a completed transaction, note that difference before drawing a conclusion. Ask the provider what its labels mean; this guide does not promise a universal settlement timeline or adjustment rule.
Keep the date, amount, currency, and reference information together. If there were several attempted purchases, do not assume every visible entry belongs to the same successful transaction.
See failed-payment checks when the purchase outcome is unclear.
Ask the party responsible for the unresolved detail
For a question about the platform's displayed purchase or access, use the platform's official support route. For an exchange rate or provider fee, use your payment provider's official route.
You should not need to share a full card number, security code, or authentication code in a public forum to understand an amount.
When planning a subscription comparison, keep conversion and provider charges marked unknown until you have relevant information. The cost calculator excludes them; adding a guessed standard percentage would create false precision.
