Read both the OnlyFans Terms of Service and the Contract between Fan and Creator when you have a refund question. The documents address different aspects of purchases and preserve applicable statutory rights. A blanket claim that every purchase is refundable—or that no refund can ever apply—is not a reliable summary.

This guide was checked against the official documents on September 30, 2026. It explains where to look; it does not decide an individual claim.

Identify the transaction first

Write down whether the issue concerns a subscription, an individually priced purchase, a tip, or unused wallet credits. Keep the date, amount, and actual purchase outcome together.

A future renewal, an existing charge, and access to an item are separate questions. Changing renewal settings does not by itself resolve an earlier payment.

Use cancellation versus account deletion if your immediate goal is to stop future subscriptions.

Terms of ServicePayment and subscription provisions, wallet credits, and refund or chargeback conduct
Contract between Fan and CreatorThe interaction, access licence, cancellation and refund provisions, and preserved statutory rights

The terms describe unused wallet credits as non-refundable and address unjustified or bad-faith refund and chargeback requests. The contract also states that it does not affect statutory refund rights that may apply.

Those provisions should not be collapsed into a universal outcome for every country, transaction type, and factual situation.

Give support the facts needed to understand the issue

A useful private support note identifies the transaction, what the offer stated, what happened, and what remains unresolved.

For example: “The purchase record shows this transaction as completed, but the relevant item remains unavailable.” That describes a verifiable mismatch without guessing who caused it.

Use the platform's official contact route. For a payment-provider question, use that provider's official route. Do not publish full billing records, card details, security codes, or private conversations in a forum.

Do not replace the claim with a workaround

Repeatedly buying the same item can create more uncertainty. A public accusation does not establish the transaction facts. A third-party service promising a guaranteed refund cannot determine your rights or the platform's decision.

Keep the response, case reference if provided, and next requested step in your own record. This guide does not promise a support deadline, a refund amount, or a particular payment-provider outcome.

If you need an interpretation of rights in your jurisdiction, use qualified advice appropriate to your location. For a technical purchase failure, start with the failed-payment checklist.
