Save the public links, your search requirements, the date, and the important unresolved fields when you keep an AI creator shortlist. Saving only the generated description makes it harder to check later whether the recommendation still fits or whether the offer has changed.

A shortlist should help you resume a decision, not turn an old answer into a permanent profile record.

Keep one row per public destination

Use this simple private note:

Scroll across the table on smaller screens.

FieldWhat to keep
Public handle and URLThe exact destination you checked
Why it was shortlistedYour relevant topic or requirement
Supporting sourceThe public page supporting that point
Checked onThe date of your observation
Still unknownAny essential condition not established
Next actionRecheck offer, read disclosure, or remove candidate

Keep the original request above the table. Otherwise, a list created for photography interests can later be mistaken for a list ranked on some unrelated criterion.

A browser bookmark is one practical way to keep a public destination. Google's Chrome bookmark documentation explains creating and organizing bookmarks, including behavior across signed-in devices.

Choose storage appropriate to your privacy preferences. A bookmark title can contain sensitive context, so use a neutral label if other people can access the browser.

Do not assume an icon inside an AI interface provides a complete export or permanent archive. In the OnlyDetect AI interface, save actions are part of interaction feedback; this guide does not promise a separate persistent shortlist-management screen.

Recheck only what can affect the decision

On return, open the established public destination and review the conditions that matter: identity connection, topic, current offer, and any relevant disclosure.

A changed price might require a new cost comparison. A changed handle might require reconnecting the public source chain. A stale AI paragraph cannot resolve either change.

OnlyDetect's methodology makes source and observation time part of the evidence model. Your own small note can apply the same principle without copying an entire profile.

Keep provenance when editing the list

If you remove a candidate, a short private reason can prevent repeated research. If you add a new claim, add its source and date rather than attaching it to the old observation.

For a fictional example, “photography mentioned in public bio, checked September 30” is a more durable note than “AI says perfect match.” The first tells you what to revisit.

Do not save private chats, paid media, or unrelated personal information as supporting material. The useful archive is a record of your public research process.
