Track subscriptions, optional purchases, and payment charges in one private monthly ledger. Keep planned amounts separate from completed outflows, and use one consistent currency for the total. If you load wallet credits, avoid counting the deposit and later use of those same funds as two separate cash outflows.
This is a copyable worksheet. OnlyDetect does not save the entries, and this article is not a live connection to your accounts.
Choose what your total will measure
There are two useful views:
- Cash outflow: money leaving your payment account during the month.
- Purchase use: the subscriptions or items obtained during the month, including those paid from an earlier prepaid balance.
Choose one for the main total. You can maintain both views, but do not combine them into a single number without accounting for the overlap.
The OnlyFans terms describe prepaid Wallet Credits and the separate purchase mechanism. That is why a deposit and a later credit-funded purchase need different labels.
Copy the ledger
You can copy this structure into a file or spreadsheet you control. If you want it to stay local, check where the chosen application stores and syncs the file.
Date,Label,Type,Planned amount,Actual cash outflow,Currency,Status,Next review
YYYY-MM-DD,Creator A,Subscription,,,,Planned,
YYYY-MM-DD,Creator A,Optional purchase,,,,Planned,
YYYY-MM-DD,Wallet,Prepaid deposit,,,,Planned,
YYYY-MM-DD,Provider,Separate charge,,,,Planned,
Use neutral labels if other people share your device. The sheet does not need a password, full card number, private message, or identity document.
“Planned” is not the same as authorized or completed. Update the status from the actual record.
Work through a fictional month
Imagine these completed events, all already expressed in the same currency:
Scroll across the table on smaller screens.
| Event | Cash outflow | Purchase-use note |
|---|---|---|
| Subscription paid by card | 12 | Subscription obtained |
| Credits added to wallet | 20 | Prepaid funds, not yet an item |
| Item bought with 8 of those credits | 0 new cash | 8 credits used |
| Separate provider charge | 1 | Payment cost |
| Another optional item paid by card | 5 | Item obtained |
The cash-outflow total is 38: 12 + 20 + 1 + 5. Adding the credit-funded item again would produce 46 and count the same 8 twice.
The example omits other balances and events for clarity. It is not a typical spending amount or a recommendation.
Record renewals without pretending they already happened
Add the expected next subscription date and the currently displayed amount to a planning section. When the actual transaction occurs, move or reconcile it with the completed ledger.
If an offer changes, update the future estimate without rewriting the amount you actually paid earlier. Use the price-change checklist when the difference needs explanation.
For a one-off comparison between offers, the cost calculator is simpler than a monthly ledger.
Reconcile uncertainty before adding more entries
If a transaction is pending or access failed, label the state and investigate through the relevant official route. Do not count a guessed reversal as completed, and do not keep retrying a purchase just to make the numbers match.
For currency differences, use the currency guide. Keep original amounts and currencies available in a separate note if conversion is relevant.
OnlyDetect's editorial policy separates observation from interpretation. Apply that habit here: actual payments, planned purchases, and unresolved entries belong in visibly different states.
Review the sheet before the next subscription period. Its purpose is to make your own choices and records clear, not to compare your spending with another fan's habits.
